Overview

Jackson + Coker is a top healthcare staffing firm with nationwide reach, specializing in locum tenens (temporary staffing), locums-to-permanent and telehealth staffing. We work with healthcare organizations big and small to find the right physicians and advanced practitioners to provide quality patient care.

The Division Vice President directs and oversees Jackson + Coker's Marketing division and develops and implements strategies, programs, initiatives and best practices that align with the company's business goals to drive sales, engagement, retention, leads and positive customer behavior. The ideal candidate has a solid marketing background and work experience managing lead and demand generation strategies, content and channel optimization, brand consistency, segmentation and localization, and analytics. The Division Vice President collaborates with sales, customer service, product + technology and human resources to define and maintain brand awareness and consistency. This position reports to the President of Jackson + Coker.
