Job description
We are looking for an experienced Estimator to join our Construction team. The ideal candidate should have a minimum of 3 to 5 years of experience in the Construction industry and must have extensive knowledge in HVAC, Mechanical, Piping, Plumbing, Bids, and Hard Bid. This position will pay an annual salary between $100,000 and $160,000 depending on experience.

As an Estimator, you will be responsible for creating detailed estimates for upcoming projects. You will analyze drawings, specs, and other design documents and provide accurate and comprehensive bids to our clients.
To be considered for this role, you must have a minimum of 3 to 5 years of experience in the Construction industry. You must have a detailed knowledge of HVAC, Mechanical, Piping, Plumbing, Bids, and Hard Bid. Additionally, the ideal candidate should have excellent communication and organizational skills.
