Job description

(Physician/MD qualifications required) Traumatic Surgery - Medicus is partnering with a hospital in central Massachusetts with an opening for a Trauma Surgeon to provide locum coverage.

About the Opportunity:
- Schedule: 10 hour shifts, 6a-4p or 4p-6a
- 20-30 shifts per month
- Level I Trauma Center
- Census: 40-60
- Patient Ages: 15+
- Cover trauma and acute care surgeries, including belly bleeds
- Answers to airway codes
- No SICU responsibilities
- No to minimal burn
- Support Staff: MDs, APPs, Residents
- EMR: Epic
- Paid travel & lodging
