Role: Real Estate/Land Use/Transactional Practitioner (Lateral Partner)
Location : Concord, NH
Salary : Base Salary of $135k-$175k, with performance-based bonuses
Compensation Details:
- Bonus Provisions: Earnings based on receipts and sources, with 5-10% for receipts over $400k and up to 10% for source and origination based on clients brought to the firm.

- Business Development: A minimum of $275,000+ book of business, with preference for a larger book to enhance compensation potential.
- Work Contribution: Ability to contribute approximately 600-800 hours of work, with the firm providing a credible platform for further business development.
