NTT DATA Federal Services, Inc. currently seeks an Agile Coach to join our development team to support the activities necessary to maintain the fielded baselines and to perform software and technology refresh activities necessary to sustain the capabilities provided by civil engineering systems . Developers work collaboratively in highly skilled groups using Agile methodology. The work is primarily in Montgomery, AL with some r emote work possible. Job Description:
Develops an organization-wide strategy to implement Agile project management. Educates and trains individual employees, and teams on Agile methodology and techniques. Evaluates and enhances stand-up's, sprint meetings and overall communication to increase efficiency and effectiveness of development processes. Coaches managers and executives on Agile project management through workshops and one on one meetings to provide constructive feedback.
