Position Summary
As an Office Manager, you will play a pivotal role in the smooth operation of our office, ensuring a welcoming and efficient environment for both our team and visitors. This multifaceted position encompasses a variety of responsibilities, from managing office operations and supplies to greeting visitors and supporting our staff. Your role is crucial in fostering a productive and friendly workplace.
Key Responsibilities
Create a welcoming atmosphere for visitors, ensuring security protocols are followed.
Efficiently manage telephone and fax communications.
Collaborate with and support vendors, including coordination and facility maintenance tasks.
Oversee inventory management for office supplies.
Handle incoming and outgoing mail, including preparation and distribution.
Manage financial processes related to office expenditures and support departmental needs.
Advocate and assist in the implementation of policies to enhance office efficiency.
Equip office spaces with necessary resources and assist in employee transition processes.
Coordinate and support the logistical aspects of staff meetings and office events.
Maintain a clean and safe reception area and communal office spaces.
Administer the company snack program within budgetary constraints.
Facilitate the onboarding process for new employees and provide support to administrative staff.
Undertake additional duties that contribute to the company's interests.
Qualifications
Minimum:
High School Diploma or equivalent, with 3-5 years of relevant experience.
Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
Highly organized, professional, flexible, and adaptable.
Proficient in desktop computing and various software applications.
U.S. Citizenship or qualified U.S. Person status required.
Preferred:
Active CA Notary Public Commission for providing notary services.
Physical Requirements & Work Environment
Must be capable of physical activities such as stooping, kneeling, and lifting up to 50 pounds.
Ability to remain seated or standing for extended periods.

Compensation
Salary Range: $61,600 - $81,200
