Service Management Lead
Wilmington, DE

As a Barclays Service Management Lead, you will have the opportunity to liaise the Business needs and the 3rd party procured services to ensure all contractual obligations are being met and services are performing within service obligations/SLAs. In this role, you will work with other Service Managers to ensure vendor services have appropriate oversight and controls, including reconciliation and exception handling, and some other task-oriented items.

What will you be doing?

• Performing Service Management oversight including, but not limited to Performance Management, KPI Tracking, Service Review, Incident Management, Supplier Resiliency
• Aiding in Contract/Work Agreements by being accountable for existing procedures and development of new procedures, risk action items, and weekly updates
• Assisting with the Business and future growth initiatives
• Ensuring performance is measured and risks are identified and mitigated
• Leading as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) for all things related to the services provided by the 3rd Party Vendors
• Building and maintaining working relationship with 3rd Party Suppliers and key Internal Stakeholders

What we’re looking for:

• Two years of financial services experience 
• Performance Management of 3rd party / Vendor Governance
• Experience with controls assessment
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills

• Self-starter to drive results
