Job Title: Regional Controller
Location: Onsite in Billerica
Salary: $130,000 - $150,000 Annual Base Salary, Medical/Dental/Vision Benefits, 401K, PTO
Requirements: 5+ years of experience in a Controller position, manufacturing/recycling industry experience

We are looking for an experienced Regional Controller to join our manufacturing team in Massachusetts. In this role, you would be responsible for our 3 offices in Massachusetts (Billerica, Lynn, Southwick) and 2 plants in New York (Rochester and Syracuse). You will have a team of 9 under you (3 AP, 3 AR, 1 Jr. Staff Accountant, and 2 Sr. Accountants), managing the financial reporting, reconciling accounts, and evaluating cost-saving initiatives. What You Will Be Doing

- Submitting financial, operation, and statistical reporting as requested by Division Management and Corporate
- Monthly pricing projections for the division
- Oversee closing accounting cycles for the Division
- Review financial reports and ensure revenues and costs are properly recorded
- Attend supervisor and other safety meetings
- Prep, review, and approve check requests, vouchers, and invoices
- Supervise accounting staff and ensure accuracy and timely reporting on all accounting functions, Adhere to company accounting policy and US GAAP
- Regulatory reporting for the Division which may include collecting sales tax, excise tax, property tax, and other taxes, preparing divisional info to be filed with US Census Bureau, filing business licenses, filing permits, etc.
- Report to Assistant Corporate Controller and Corporate Accounting
- Participate in annual budgets

What You Need for this Position

- 5+ years of experience as a Controller
- Manufacturing or Recycling industry background required
- Public and Private Accounting Experience (Preferred)
- Excel Spreadsheets
- US GAAP
- Monthly Reconciliations
- Accounting
