"When I first started at Marklund, I had no clue what to expect. I thought it would just be a job and nothing more. As I started working I got much more out of Marklund than just a job, I got a second family. I enjoy every day coming to work and caring for all the residents. Days when I work I walk in to my name being shouted with joy by some of the residents and that's an amazing feeling to know they are happy to see me. It may be hard work sometimes, but it's more than rewarding. Every day I see the smiles on the resident's faces and I know I'm doing a good thing. Marklund is way more than just a job, it's a fun place to work."
