SAIC is currently hiring a Configuration Management Support in Ft Belvoir, VA.
Job Duties:
- Responsible for managing the Change Management Process for INSCOM G7 DPED.
- Document and track all aspects of the quarterly build, reporting status, and ensuring tasks are assigned accordingly.
- Prepares and delivers monthly Change Control Board agenda for review, leads monthly meeting, and provides meeting minutes.
- Maintains ticketing system for INSCOM G7 DPED ensuring each tasking is identified, tracked, and updated.
- Coordinates with engineering and integration teams to ensure tickets are updated with clear status. Provides weekly ticketing report of all open tickets.
***Some remote work possible with manager approval.
Qualifications
Required Education and Experience:
- Bachelors and nine (9) years of experience; Masters and seven (7) years of experience.
Required Security Clearance:
- Active TS/SCI security clearance (US Citizenship required)
Required Skills:
- Experience with Change Management/Change Control Process
- Experience with frequent use and application of technical standards, principles, theories, GitLab, Microsoft Office products, and government systems.
- Experience translating general objectives into specific tasks, then executing proactively to meet those objectives.
- Can readily present deliverables to supervisor/lead for review to measure success meeting objectives.
- Communicating and directing established guidelines, procedures and policies.
Covid Policy: SAIC does not require COVID-19 vaccinations or boosters. Customer site vaccination requirements must be followed when work is performed at a customer site.
