Job description

We are looking to hire a full-time Communications Lead, Intealth within our Communications department at Intealth . The Communications Lead, Intealth manages the development and maintenance of content for Intealth programs, initiatives, and other activities.

WORK SCHEDULE for Communications Lead, Intealth

This full-time position typically works 7-hour workdays, Monday - Friday, with a hybrid work arrangement.

SALARY for Communications Lead, Intealth (Starting at $75,000)

Any offered salary is determined based on competency and skills, prior relevant experience, required degrees/certifications, internal equity within the organization and market competition.

ABOUT YOU

About the Role: As the Communications Lead for Intealth, you'll play a crucial role in supporting our mission by collaborating with the Communications team and Intealth staff at all levels. You'll work closely with senior and executive leadership, including Intealth's Chief Government Relations Officer, to develop, publish, and disseminate Intealth communications across various platforms. Your responsibilities will include writing, editing, and contributing to the development of content for websites, e-newsletters, social media, and more. You will gain a thorough understanding of Intealth's policies, procedures, strategic initiatives, and objectives, and act as the primary point-of-contact and project manager for Intealth communications, ensuring accuracy and timely completion.

We provide services that enhance and support the education and training of health care professionals, verify their qualifications, and inform health workforce policies globally. Intealth drives innovation in areas critical to the health professions and advocates for the contributions of international medical graduates, who provide essential patient care and comprise approximately 25% of the U.S. physician workforce.
