Presidential Exteriors -Project Coordinator
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Project Coordinator to join our team. The Project Coordinator will be responsible for supporting the planning, execution, and completion of various projects within the organization. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, strong problem-solving abilities, and a keen eye for detail.
Key Responsibilities:
- Working closely with project managers to complete projects on time while maintaining profitable margins.
- Responsible for analyzing margins, purchasing materials, and coordinating install crews.
- Monitoring project progress and deliverables
- Review and define the scope & goals of residential remodeling projects after the point of sale.
- Facilitating communication between project team members, customers, and crew members
- Maintaining project documentation
Qualifications:
- Preferred: Bachelor’s degree in business administration, project management, or a related field
- Proven experience in project coordination or a similar role
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to multitask effectively
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in project management software and Microsoft Office suite
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Detail-oriented and deadline-driven
