Job description
The Fire Alarm System Engineer is responsible for performing complex troubleshooting, engineering, programming, and installation/commissioning of fire alarm systems. This role requires knowledge and experience in all aspects of fire alarm systems, including voice evacuation systems, high end intelligent fire alarm systems, and Honeywell fire alarm products.

Key Responsibilities:
- Install, maintain, troubleshoot, and program fire alarm systems.
- Perform complex system design and engineering calculations.
- Perform system commissioning.
- Provide technical expertise and guidance to team members.
- Ensure all work is performed in accordance with applicable codes and standards.
- Maintain a professional and ethical work environment.
- Provide excellent customer service.
Qualifications:
- Knowledge and experience in fire alarm systems.
- Knowledge of voice evacuation systems.
- Knowledge of high end intelligent fire alarm systems.
- NICET Level II certification.
- Perc Card.
- Experience with Gamewell-FCI products.
- Excellent customer service skills.
- Strong sense of ethical conduct.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
