Job Description: As an RBT at KidsSpot Rehab, you will work closely with Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs) to implement behavior intervention plans and provide one-on-one therapy to children with autism and other developmental disorders. You will have the opportunity to make a real difference in the lives of these children and their families, while gaining valuable experience in the field of applied behavior analysis.
Requirements: - High school diploma or equivalent
- Completion of the 40-hour RBT training course (provided by KidsSpot Rehab)
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Compassionate and patient demeanor
