The Opportunity

You will build seasonal merchandising plans based on the GTM strategy and communicate the visual merchandising direction to the store teams.

Your Impact

• You will collaborate with the Merchant Director in setting in-store presentations based on our category performance

• You will work with the entire merchant team during the Style Out process to style/create floor vignettes and fixture bays following the entire SOP process.
• You will create detailed floor plans for each seasonal floor set together with the Merchandising team showcasing elevated displays that represent the corporate visual merchandising strategy for all categories. Includes plan-o-gram mapping of core and seasonal product placement and visual floor set execution, merchandising of retail presentations, and fixture bays.
• Partner with the Director of Production and Design team to create cohesive and elevated signage that aligns with the designated Brand comms package

What You Bring

• 5+ years of Corporate visual merchandising experience with an ability to display creativity.
• Experience in specialty home furnishing background
• Proficient in Excel (can maintain complex spreadsheets), Publisher, PowerPoint, and other Microsoft software.
• Experience creating unique signage for in-store promotions and storytelling.
• You will be our Brand ambassador reflective of our values and aesthetics.
