When you join our team, you'll have the unique opportunity to work directly with the principal of the firm. Your voice will be heard, and your ideas will shape the projects we take on. As an Architect or Designer with us, you'll wear many hats, and that's what makes our work so exciting. You'll be involved in all aspects of the design + build process, from interfacing with clients to coordinating with subcontractors. We encourage independence, creativity, and the ability to thrive in a challenging environment. Are you someone who:
Has expertise in Revit and/or AutoCAD and has a high degree of understanding of construction documentation and code compliance?
Possesses strong design skills and the ability to positively interface with clients effectively?
Can visualize the big picture while also paying attention to the smallest details?
Is passionate about being involved in the construction aspect of projects?
Can adapt to changing priorities and embrace the fluidity of the industry?
Have at least 5 to 7 years of professional experience in design development and construction documentation?
