Job Title: Senior Accounting Services Associate
Job Location: HYBRID (2-3 days/week) in either Naperville or St. Charles, IL
Job Salary: $85-120k DOE
Requirements: Must have 2+ Years of Public Accounting Experience (with a CPA firm), Bachelors in Accounting is required, 2+ years using Quick Books, and a thorough understanding of GAAP, a Masters in Accounting and/or an Active CPA is a plus

We are a Full-Service Regional CPA Firm with offices in Naperville & St. Charles, and a new office coming to the Greater Philadelphia area. Due to continuous growth, our team is looking to bring an experienced Senior Accounting Service Associate to join our team! This is a Hybrid role in either of our offices in Naperville or St. Charles, IL

What You Will Be Doing

Data entry, perform bank reconciliations, record adjusting journal entries, account analysis
Process payroll and prepare quarterly payroll returns
Utilize cutting-edge technology to complete your work
Support Managers and Principals with economic responsibilities for billing, realization, and collections
Work with leaders on special projects
Sharpen your area of interest by performing technical research and participating in company-wide ongoing training initiatives
Understand our products and services and how to implement them to promote client growth and retention
Provide thorough and timely client service, meeting or exceeding client expectations

What You Need for this Position

Must Have:
- QuickBooks Exp. (Online & Desktop)
- At least 2-3 years of Accounting Experience
- Bachelors in Accounting
- Ability to commute to one of two offices 2-3 days/week

Strongly Prefer:
- Public Accounting Experience
- CPA (candidates with active CPA coming out of a Public Accounting firm will be near the top of our compensation range)
