Compensation:
- Competitive Salary Range: $85,000 - $100,000
- First-Year Expected Earnings: $120,000 - $200,000

Responsibilities:
- Drive revenue growth by actively engaging in high-level sales activities, meeting and exceeding ambitious sales targets
- Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with high-profile clients, ensuring unparalleled service and satisfaction
- Stay informed about market trends, competitor activities, and industry dynamics to inform strategic decision-making
- Work closely with the Sales Director to develop and execute sales strategies, providing valuable insights and feedback
- Contribute to refining and optimizing the sales process for maximum efficiency and effectiveness, identifying and implementing areas for improvement
- Assist in negotiations for major contracts and agreements with clients, suppliers, and strategic partners under the guidance of the Sales Director
- Provide regular updates on sales performance, contributing to accurate sales forecasts and performance reports
- Collect and analyze customer feedback to identify opportunities for enhancing products, services, and overall customer experience
- Collaborate with the marketing department to tailor and utilize compelling sales collateral, presentations, and materials
- Collaborate with the Sales Director and the sales team to ensure a cohesive and synergistic approach to achieving sales objectives
- Adapt to changing market conditions and industry trends, contributing insights and adjusting sales strategies accordingly
- Participate in the training and onboarding of new sales team members as needed
- Maintain a results-driven mindset with a focus on consistently achieving and exceeding sales targets
Qualifications:
- Minimum 3-5 years of successful high-level sales experience, consistently exceeding targets
- Exceptional at building and maintaining strong client relationships, prioritizing service and satisfaction
- Capable of contributing to strategic sales plans for substantial revenue growth, collaborating with the Sales Director
- Strong verbal and written communication skills for clear client and internal interactions
- Quick to adapt to changing market conditions and industry trends, providing valuable insights
- Skilled in assisting in negotiations for major contracts and agreements under the Sales Director's guidance
- Proven track record of consistently achieving and exceeding sales targets
- Collaborative mindset for effective teamwork with the Sales Director and the sales team
- Proficient in analyzing customer feedback for improving products, services, and overall customer experience
- In-depth understanding of market trends, competitor activities, and industry dynamics
- Experience in refining and optimizing sales processes for efficiency and effectiveness
- Bachelor's Degree (Preferred): While not mandatory, a preferred background in business, marketing, or a related field
