Are you passionate about delivering exceptional customer service and facilitating positive experiences for clients? We are seeking a Membership Coordinator to join our dynamic team! As a primary point of contact for both current and prospective members, you will play a vital role in ensuring member satisfaction throughout their journey with us.

**Key Responsibilities:**

- Provide friendly and knowledgeable assistance to members and potential members via email, phone, and online platforms.
- Support the membership journey including onboarding, engagement activities, and renewal campaigns.
- Maintain membership database and assist with website updates.
- Prepare data for membership reports and assist with communication efforts.
- Collaborate with team members and volunteer leaders to achieve membership goals.
- Contribute to the creation of membership materials and presentations.
- Utilize various organizational tools and platforms effectively.

**Qualifications:**

- 1-2 years of experience in customer service, program coordination, or executive assistance.
- Strong interpersonal and written communication skills.
- Associate or bachelor's degree preferred.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite; experience with CRM platforms and project management tools is a plus.
- Willingness to travel occasionally if required.
- Detail-oriented with excellent organizational and time-management abilities.
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.

**Benefits:**
