Summary:

Reporting to the IT Business Partner, this role supports Sales & Marketing, driving innovation, optimizing processes, and fostering collaboration across our global wine-making organization. It leads the delivery of IT projects to enhance business efficiency and productivity, ensuring technical delivery is completed on time, within budget and to the required quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:

* Business partnership
+ Cultivate collaborative relationships with stakeholders across supply, finance, and shared services functions Communicate forecast changes to sales operations
* Business Analysis and Solution Design
+ Idea scoring and analysis
+ Cross-Functional Facilitation
+ Strategic Roadmap Development
+ Change management methodologies
* Development, Technical Analysis and Configuration
+ Assist with preparing business case, cost benefit analysis, CER documents, etc.
+ Define project scope, deliverables and success criteria
+ Communicate project expectations to team members and stakeholders
+ Software Development methodologies (Waterfall and Agile)
* Leading delivery
+ Track progress and make adjustments to keep projects on track
+ Foster a culture of agility and flexibility to adapt quickly to changing business needs
+ Coordinate with various stakeholders to ensure seamless project execution
+ Present complex technical information to non-technical stakeholders in an understandable manner.
* Testing
+ Assist with the creation of user acceptance test cases and coordinate testing
+ Ensure that all required tests are executed and documented according the standards agreed upon by the business unit and IT
* Support & Application Training
+ Transition implemented software applications to 1st and 2nd level support resources/vendors
+ Provide business process knowledge, functional capability knowledge, 3rd level support on an ad hoc basis as required for software applications

About you:

* You have a degree in Information Technology or equivalent experience
* You have a strong background in business analysis
* You have a proven track record in leading IT projects and delivering tangible business results
* You have experience in building and nurturing relationships with stakeholders from various business functions
* You are a creative problem-solver
* You are proficient in analyzing data to inform strategic decisions
* You have strong communication skills
* You are familiar with change management principles and have the ability to guide stakeholders through tech changes and process improvements

Pay Transparency Disclosure: The base pay range offered for this position is $100,000 - $133,000 per year. These figures represent what we reasonably expect to pay for this position, but the actual compensation offered will depend upon numerous job-related factors, including but not limited to candidate qualifications, skills, experience, education, location, and alignment with market data. Our expectation is that the incumbent will work out of Napa, CA. If the incumbent works out of another location, the wage rate may fall above or below this range. Treasury reserves the right to modify the range in the future.
