Summary
MSX is launching a new data driven startup team. This team will be built from individuals who want to be entrepreneurs and create new innovative digital products for the mobility industry. We are looking for individuals who exhibit curiosity, are extremely resourceful, enjoy being creative, bring lots of energy & have grit.
We are seeking an extraordinary product-obsessed talent to join our startup product team with a strong background in solution management. The requirement is for an experienced individual in leading teams building cloud-based software solutions and helping to build new digital products.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Act as a team lead or a solution manager/owner working with cross-functional teams in a highly innovative environment.
- Lead in solution development, work with design, testing team members to enable new enterprise and data center solutions.
- Display excellent communication and leadership skills across the board.
- Defines, leads, and provides creative solutions, and overcome constraints to meet requirements.
- Understands and resolves challenges by collaborating with internal business partners and technical members.
- Highlight deep technical understanding of architecting, building, and deploying native solutions on cloud environments.
- Support in pre-sales engagement by working with customers closely and providing creative solutions that meet requirements of demanding customers.
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
- Bachelor's degree in relevant discipline.
- 5+ years of similar consulting and/or solution management of data & software solutions related experience.
- Demonstrated ability to develop relationships to get decisions mad e, including strong communication s kills.
- Knowledge of Databricks or similar cloud infrastructure stack.
- Strong analytical skills with ability to understand and communicate the meaning of the data being presented.
- Excellent Mathematical/Statistical and Logic skills.
- Enthusiastic, highly motivated and ability to learn quickly.
- Strong initiative and ability to work in a self-directed environment.
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
- 1-3 years automotive operations experience, or similar business (quick-paced environment).
- Experience building Azure cloud data solutions.
- Working knowledge of agile development, including DevOps concepts.
- Experience with data visualization tools (Tableau, PowerBI, etc.).
- Experience with complex data analysis. Performing data manipulation and statistical analysis.
- Experience with T-SQL or ANSI SQL.
- Knowledge of market trends for OEM & mobility industries.
