Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for an Estimator/Project Manager in Youngstown, OH. The Estimator/Project Manager will be responsible for accurately estimating materials and labor costs for commercial flooring projects, managing projects from start to finish, and ensuring timely and successful completion of all projects.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Business Administration, Architecture, Engineering, or a related field is a plus but not required
3-5 years of experience in flooring estimation/project management, preferably in a commercial setting preferred
Strong knowledge of flooring installations along with relevant tools and equipment
Experience with project management software is a bonus
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to manage and motivate teams effectively
Ability to read and interpret blueprints, flooring plans, and specifications
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other relevant software programs
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to make timely and informed decisions
Knowledge of OSHA regulations and safety procedures
