Direct hire opportunity
Salary: $65,000-$80,000 w/ bonus potential
Full time, onsite
SUMMARY
Export Operation: Support domestic freight pick-up & costing, inbound domestic for export and outbound export customer tracing, export packing and costing, documentation and billing
Import Operation: Support domestic freight delivery & costing, inbound documentation, import billing, proof of delivery
Domestic Operation: Export and domestic pick-up order processing, carrier selection and dispatch, domestic cargo routing/tracing, domestic billing
Customs Entry Operation: Coordinate with import team, US Customs clearance, data maintenance
Warehousing Operation: Cargo receiving & handling, packing & costing, piece count verification, part receiving, shipping for domestic/export, warehouse storage, and import cargo verification
Sales Activity: RFQ response, quotation & follow-up, customer sales visits, provide overseas customer service support/pricing
QUALIFICATIONS
4-7+ years of logistics and transportation experience
2+ years of experience leading teams in a management role
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
