Salary: $115k-175k + 15% bonus based on book of business

Based in the Seattle Area, we are a small Public Accounting firm that focuses on the Construction and Real Estate industry. While we have a variety of clients we work with, 70% of our book is in construction. We are in a position where we have a very strong book of clients and in a position to grow but are looking to make several hires to facilitate our growth as we have a great reputation and additional clients ready to come on! We are seeking a seasoned Audit Manager to join our team

What You Will Be Doing

-Working with small to mid-sized privately owned organizations
- Working with Business Owners in the Construction Industry
- Auditing

What You Need for this Position

- 5 years of experience in Public Accounting/Audit
- Experience managing, mentoring or guiding others
-CCH Access experience a plus
-Experience in the construction is a plus
- CPA or similar designation is a huge plus
- Willingness to visit clients
