We are seeking a dynamic individual to join our team as a Sales and Marketing Manager. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing the entire sales and marketing area, providing expert advice on marketing and sales strategies, and ensuring the successful implementation of campaigns.

Responsibilities:

• Manage all aspects of sales and marketing operations.
• Provide guidance on the most effective marketing and sales strategies and oversee their execution.
• Collaborate with marketing personnel and contractors to achieve set goals.
• Organize and manage new marketing campaigns, product launches, and removals.
• Ensure each campaign delivers appropriate ROI and apply quality control measures.
• Budget for projects and allocate resources to initiatives with the highest returns.
• Gather feedback and conduct surveys to tailor marketing efforts effectively.
• Oversee and optimize social media marketing campaigns.
• Utilize statistical analysis to implement profitable strategies.
• Manage and advise on SEO efforts and coordinate with the website team.
• Oversee email campaigns and optimize engagement with the Public Outreach division for brand recognition.
• Advise the sales team on improving sales strategies.

Experience Requirements:

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in online marketing.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in sales management.
• Proven track record of success in funnels, analytics, statistics utilization, ads, SEO, and general marketing campaigns.
