About the Role
Guzen is looking for an energetic Inside Sales and Marketing Associate to join our team to support existing and new customers and increase sales in an assigned world-wide territory.
What You’ll Do
Promote the value and quality of our raw materials for nutritional supplements and food ingredients to current and potential customers:
Assist with the drafting and design of marketing materials, advertisements, brochures, banners and magazine articles.
Maintain CRM and enhance customer and prospect data; qualify, research, and follow up with identified leads to determine budget, authority, need and timeline.
Build product market fit analyses with prospects.
Handle and convert inbound inquiries and make sales quotations; and conduct outbound marketing and sales including research, cold calls, and email outreach.
Develop trusted and confidential customer relationships, manage sales process including post-sale follow-up, and customer satisfaction analysis.
Administrative duties include tracking and reporting on sales growth and trends, trade show and sample organization; office coordination and travel as needed.
Must have
College graduate with a degree (Nutrition Science – preferred); Minimum: 3.25 GPA. Personal interest in science, health and fitness.
1-2 years inside sales experience, attention to detail, self-starter, and affinity for small team.
Strong work ethic and desire to succeed, professional attitude and demeanor; punctual and deadline oriented.
Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, strong interpersonal skills.
Direct experience with standard office tools (Outlook, Word, Excel) and systems including CRM. English fluency, additional language skills are a bonus.
