Job description

The Property Manager is responsible for all phases of the operation of the property. This includes, but is not limited to, general administration and maintenance as well as direction and control of personal and resources with the goal that the property is maintained at all times in good physical condition with a stabilized fiscal operation. Some evening and weekend hours may be required. This is a fast-paced environment requiring extensive customer service skills and prior multi-family apartment community property management experience. This position directly supports the activities of the organization by performing the following duties under the supervision of the Regional Manager. Prior new construction lease up experience required.

The noise level in the work environment is usually mild but will vary at times depending on property activities.

The employee is frequently required to stand; walk; reach with hands and arms and stoop, kneel or crouch, crawl, and ascend or descend stairs, ladders, ramps, and the like as necessary throughout the day. The employee must occasionally lift and/or move up to 10 pounds. Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision.
