Job description

  1. Bachelor degree or above (full-time), major in administration, secretary, human resources or related field is preferred, 2 years or above administrative work experience;

  4. High sense of responsibility, integrity, good pressure tolerance;
  5. Have certain business negotiation ability and experience. 1. Responsible for the daily management and maintenance of office environment and equipment resources, including the maintenance of clean and hygienic office environment, the guarantee of environmental safety, the normal operation of air-conditioning direct drinking water and other equipment, etc., to provide comfortable and orderly office experience for employees;
  1. Cooperate with the regional leader to carry out office location leasing, decoration and renovation projects according to the company's personnel planning;
  2. Purchase and management of office supplies, including snacks, fruits, afternoon tea, business gifts, office tools, etc.
  3. Cost management: Courier, travel expense reconciliation, monthly settlement, daily expense payment and reimbursement;
  4. Basic employee relations, daily entry and dimission procedures and file management;
  5. External industrial and commercial changes and certificate processing;
