A premier boutique litigation firm with an office in the Brentwood area of Los Angeles is looking for a friendly and collaborative paralegal/legal assistant for litigation and administrative support. Our legal assistants function as paralegals, legal secretaries, file clerks, and general assistants who help answer phones and maintain the office.
Qualifications • At least 3-5 years of paralegal experience;
• Paralegal Certification required;
• Able to operate in a fast-paced litigation environment and support 5-7 attorneys along with other support staff;
• Able to balance competing needs of several attorneys and cases;
• Friendly and cooperative attitude, flexible, team player;
• Organized, detail-oriented;
• Excellent communications skills;
• Advance knowledge of MS Word, Excel, and Adobe Acrobat Reader is absolutely required;
• Knowledge of Concordance or other document review platforms is a plus
