Job description

Position Overview: We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Administrative Assistant to join our team. The successful candidate will provide essential administrative support to various departments within the company, ensuring smooth daily operations and efficient workflow.

Responsibilities:

  1. Office Management: Manage office supplies inventory, place orders, and ensure adequate stock levels. Coordinate office maintenance and repairs as needed.

  2. Calendar Management: Schedule appointments, meetings, and events for executives and team members. Coordinate conference room bookings and arrange necessary equipment or catering.

  3. Communication: Screen and direct incoming calls, emails, and correspondence to appropriate parties. Draft, edit, and proofread documents, presentations, and reports as needed.

  4. Meeting Support: Prepare meeting agendas, materials, and presentations. Attend meetings as needed, take detailed notes, and distribute minutes or action items to attendees.

  5. Administrative Support: Assist with various administrative tasks, including photocopying, scanning, faxing, and mailing documents. Provide general support to team members and executives as requested.
