Job Summary

Responsible for optimizing workspace utilization and enhancing the overall workplace experience. Role involves analyzing current space utilization, developing strategic occupancy plans, and implementing solutions to align with organizational goals. Collaborating with cross-functional teams, to contribute to the development of efficient and employee-friendly workspaces. Provides a safe, positive and professional image of Company.

Core Responsibilities

• Provides proactive space scenarios and develops solutions with team members and other partners to ensure a stabilized planning and occupancy strategy that meet business needs while minimizing risks.
• Forecast, conceptualize, analyze, and evaluate multiple scenarios to recommend best solutions.
• Coordinate building audits to verify that employee locations, furniture layouts and room configurations are correctly reflected on floorplans.
• Ensures and facilitate excellent communication with internal clients, stakeholders and team members.
• Ability to prepare Excel reports, Power Point presentations and effectively lead discussions.
• Regular, consistent, and punctual attendance. Must be able to work nights and weekends, variable schedule(s) and overtime as necessary.
• Other duties and responsibilities as assigned.

Education

Bachelor's Degree

While possessing the stated degree is preferred, Comcast also may consider applicants who hold some combination of coursework and experience, or who have extensive related professional experience.
