Job description
Accounting Manager - Southlake, TX The ideal candidate will be able to ensure that all financials are produced on time in accordance with GAAP, and accurately reflect the Company’s Financial Position. Reports to Controller Manage a team of 3-5 (Junior Accountant, AP, AR, etc.) TASKS AND RESPONSIBILITIES Daily Cash Flow Oversee A/P & A/R Produce Monthly Financials General Ledger Entries Account Reconciliations Bank Reconciliations (backup) Employee Expenses Credit Applications Prepare Property Tax, Sales Tax, and Income Tax Payments Prepare Monthly Borrowing Base Report & Quarterly Compliance Report for Bank Record and maintain all Fixed Assets Reconcile Inter-Company Transactions Process 1099 at Year End REQUIRED KNOWLEDGE SKILLS AND ABILITIES Bachelor’s Degree or 5 -10 years of equivalent experience Ability to use Microsoft Office SAP knowledge required (FI, CO modules) Communicate effectively in English, both verbal and written Global experience is a plus (EMEA, Mexico) Experience with 3rd party payroll in Mexico a plus Experience with BLP Digital is a plus BENEFITS Matching 401k Employee only company paid Medical.
