Required Skills
- Strong understanding of JavaScript, Angular , HTML, CSS, and ServiceNow scripting languages.
- Minimum of 6 years supporting the implementation, administration, configuration, and development of ServiceNow platform with three years of experience in CSM.
- 3+ years of experience configuring or developing solutions on the Service Portal.
- 3+ years of SQL skills ServiceNow Service Portal Implementation and Customisation; develops Service Portal widgets and capabilities, leverages UI policies, UI actions, client scripts
- Proven expertise in designing and implementing complex ServiceNow solutions, including custom applications and integrations.
Technical Implementation:
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement ServiceNow solutions.
- This includes setting up workflows, business rules, user interfaces, and automation to ensure smooth and efficient operation.
- Configure integrations with various ServiceNow integration methods, such as web services, REST, SOAP, Data Sources, LDAP servers, and import set.
- Experience integrating ServiceNow with an API-led Integration Platform such as SnapLogic or Apigee
Certifications: ServiceNow Certified Application Developer ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist for CSM
