The Recruitment Manager is responsible for all facets of field staff recruitment and talent acquisition. They will direct a team of Recruiters to develop and execute a talent acquisition strategy that supports business growth objectives. The Recruitment Manager will communicate effectively with the Recruiters and office staff regarding existing and potential client needs to ensure adequate coverage is available.
Duties & Responsibilities - Manages the recruitment process with direct oversight of the Recruitment staff
- Develops and executes a talent acquisition strategy that leverages the use of social media and related technologies, active networking, and innovative candidate sourcing techniques
- Lead and develop sourcing strategies to build talent pipelines for future growth
- Leverages and optimizes existing and new technology to automate and streamline the recruiting, hiring, and onboarding processes
- Maintains job boards to ensure that features are optimized and fully utilized
- Plans and executes recruitment events
- Develops and implements processes to improve the candidate experience
- Promptly responds to all applicants and screens them for employment in accordance with EEOC guidelines
- Tracking applicants flow through JazzHR to ensure that pre-screened candidates are processed, interviewed, oriented, and placed on schedules
- Writes, submits for approval, and places any print advertising for the company
- Leads, trains, and evaluates Recruitment staff
- Complies with all state and federal laws regarding employment
- Partners with local colleges or trade schools to promote NurseCore’s career opportunities
- Maintains industry and local community knowledge
- Tracks key recruitment metrics to measure the effectiveness of recruiting strategies and team performance
- All other duties as assigned
Performance Metrics (subject to modification)- Total market will achieve at least 2 new hires per week per branch.
- The conversion rate of all qualified applicants in the total market should be 25% or greater
- Time of response to all candidates in the market should be less than or equal to 1 day

Competencies To perform the job successfully, an individual should demonstrate the following competencies:
- Professional presentation, excellent communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Knowledge of application tracking software programs.
- Familiarity with job boards and job board aggregators.
- Effective negotiating skills.
- Is able to read, write and comprehend English.
Education/Experience Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources or other related degree required.
Experience: Five or more years of full cycle recruitment experience, with at least three years of management experience demonstrated. Healthcare industry experience is preferred. The position requires creative design and writing strategies to maximize effectiveness of print media.
Position Type/Expected Hours of Work This is a full-time position, and hours of work and days are generally Monday through Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 5 p.m. Some weekend or evening hours may be necessary in emergency situations. Adherence to the Attendance, Punctuality and Dependability Policy is an essential function of the position for a variety of reasons.
