Our client develops, manufactures, markets, distributes, and sells orthopedic implant devices, related surgical instrumentation, and biologic services. Many of the roles are temp to hire with our client. All of their buildings are air-conditioned and a comfortable work environment.

Job Description
- Setup and operate jobs with minimal assistance.
- Typical types of work, but not limited to: Level 1 Products
- Work from written instructions; (Work Instructions)
- Be able to adjust offsets to maintain dimensional integrity.
- Ability to inspect own work with minimal assistance.
- Meet production standards and quality expectations.
- Ability to document results accurately.
- Understand and follow GMP procedures.
- Understand and follow all departmental SOP’s. Document and report any process deviations to team leader.
- Understand and comply with all department safety policies and procedures.
- Know and apply the Quality System and any appropriate Federal and International standards.
- Assist and support other employees, teams, and sales personnel as necessary
Skills Required
- 1+ years of experience
- Able to read blueprints.
- Able to understand simple programs.
Education/Training/Certifications
- High school diploma or GED required.
Additional Requirements
Pay Rate/Salary
- $17.60 per hour and higher depending on experience
