Job description

Endeavor Consulting Group is seeking a highly motivated and talented Jr. Packaging Engineer to join our client's team. As a Jr. Packaging Engineer at Endeavor Consulting Group, you will have the opportunity to gain valuable hands-on experience in the field of packaging engineering. You will assist in the design, development, and testing of packaging solutions for various consumer products. This role will provide you with valuable industry knowledge and the opportunity to work closely with experienced packaging engineers.

Responsibilities

• Assist in the development of packaging specifications and standards.
• Conduct testing and evaluation of packaging materials.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support packaging design and development projects.
• Assist in the review and implementation of packaging changes.
• Participate in packaging validation activities.
• Contribute to the documentation of packaging processes and procedures.
• Support packaging suppliers and manage cost improvement initiatives.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Packaging Engineering or related field.
• Strong interest in packaging design and development.
• Basic knowledge of packaging materials and manufacturing processes.
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Ability to work well in a team environment.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
