Job Description: We are currently seeking a talented and experienced Manager to oversee our Accounting & Financial Systems department. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in finance, technology, and leadership, with a proven track record of success in managing accounting systems and teams. This role will initially be on-site for the first three months to facilitate training and integration, transitioning to a hybrid model thereafter.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and oversee the daily operations of the Accounting & Financial Systems department.
• Ensure accurate and timely financial reporting by maintaining and optimizing MS Dynamics GP and Management Reporter.
• Lead a team of dedicated professionals, providing guidance, support, and mentorship as needed.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline processes and improve efficiency.
• Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices to drive continuous improvement.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• 3+ years of management experience in accounting or financial systems.
• Solid experience with MS Dynamics GP and Management Reporter is a must.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
