Job description
As a Production Associate in our Operations Department in Greenville, SC, you will be responsible for supporting the Production Lead in planning, organizing and executing all production activities to ensure orders are shipped efficiently and on time.
1st shift: 7:30am-4:00pm Monday to Friday

You will execute daily responsibilities in these various functions:
- Perform daily production activities
- Complete tasks such as prewiring carts, white gloving, asset tagging, green boxing, laser etching, and heat pressing
- Conduct daily safety checks on equipment and processes to meet safety standards
- Verify that outgoing deliveries meet company quality standards
- Inspect finished products and orders to ensure items meet production quality standards
- Investigate and resolve any production related issues
- Maintain knowledge of the processes and equipment used throughout the production process.
- Cross-train in warehouse activities to assist as business dictates
Required Skills and Abilities:
- Thorough understanding of, or the ability to quickly learn, production operations and machinery
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to prioritize competing priorities
- Technical skills with the ability to troubleshoot and assist and train others
- Ability to function well in a high-paced and at times stressful environment
- Proficient with Google Suite or similar software with the ability to learn new or updated software
- Ability to work independently
What Education and Experience Levels Are We Looking For?
- High school diploma
- Associate degree or equivalent combination of education and experience preferred
What Do We Physically Require of You?
- Prolonged periods of moving around the warehouse
- Ability to operate job-related machinery
- Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds of shipping materials at a time
