Full time Home Health Registered Nurse - Sign-on Bonus Available

ACE Home Health & Hospice is seeking Registered Nurses (RN) for field-based positions in Oakland, CA

Enjoy earning up to $90/hour, a company car, and technology that reduces documentation time while treating patients in their homes. Our well established East Bay-based agency seeks a compassionate, skilled Registered Nurse to join our home health team that serves those in the Oakland community.

What we offer:

• Lucrative pay - Earn $80-90/hr depending on experience
• Guaranteed 30 hours per week
• Company car - Fuel, maintenance, and insurance is included
• $5000 sign on bonus
• Transcribing service - Dictate notes to decrease documentation time
• Pre-admit chart review – Our system reviews admission docs and provides a summary of the patient’s condition prior to the evaluation visit
• Clinical Assistants for administrative support when needed, to assist with coordination of care, and serve as another contact point for patients 
• Supportive team - Collaborate with PTs, MSWs, OTs, SLPs, LVNs and other RNs, and have access to operational and clinical leaders who have all advanced from within the organization

Qualifications Needed:

• RN unrestricted license in California, CPR Certification, California Driver’s License.
• SNF and home health skilled nursing experience preferred but not required.
• Multilingual a plus!
• Able to work weekends a plus!
