Job description

Mobile Health Team Inc., a staffing agency has openings for an LPN - Hospice/HomeHealth . We are looking for someone with a passion for people.

Location: St Johnsbury, VT 05819

Assignment Start Date: 2/2/2024

13 weeks | Days | 8-hour shift |40 hours with 32 hours/week guaranteed

EXPERIENCE/EDUCATION/QUALIFICATION

Experience:

• A minimum of two(2) years of progressively responsible nursing experience is required; LPN experience is a plus;
• Must have experience traveling from patient to patient for home visits
• must be able to manage and adjust to the schedule

Licenses, Certifications, and/or Registration:

• A current VT LPN licensure is required
• BLS/BCLS certification is required

EMR system : HealthWyse(Casamba) out of MA experience preferred

Shift: M-F 8-5 with some weekend coverage.

On-Call: Some On-Call may be scheduled but only on an emergency basis.

The facility does its Background check as well
