Chief Financial Officer (CFO)

We are seeking an experienced and highly skilled Chief Financial Officer (CFO) to join our team. The ideal candidate must have significant experience in food manufacturing and/or distribution, with a strong background in finance and accounting. A college education is required, with an MBA preferred.
Cost Accounting experience a huge plus
Responsibilities:
- Oversee all financial operations, including analysis, forecasting, and budgeting.
- Oversee a bookkeeper/controller.
- Collaborate with senior management to develop and implement strategic financial plans.
- Report directly to the CEO on financial performance and strategic initiatives.
- Prioritize manufacturing experience, particularly in cost accounting and national distribution.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, or a related field.
- MBA preferred.
- 5+ years of experience as a CFO or VP of Finance.
- Extensive experience in food manufacturing and distribution.
- Ability to work on-site in Clifton, NJ on a daily basis.
