Shift Lead

Due to their operational advancement they are looking for a Shift Lead.

THE ROLE YOU WILL PLAY:
- Provide leadership for operations staff that are responsible for all aspects of the operation.
- Monitors plant operations to ensure company operational goals are being met.
- Demonstrates a send of urgency and assures company production goals are consistently being met.
Job Requirements
BACKGROUND PROFILE:
• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Previous experience as a Plant Operator in an Ethanol setting.
• Valid Driver’s License.
• Supervisory experience that includes training and directing staff.
• Successful candidates must live within an hour of the plant.
