Job Title: Network Engineer

Job Description:
Skills : Switching Routing Meraki SDWAN Palo Alto ASA F5 Infoblox with CCNA/CCNP valid certifications
- Bachelors degree or foreign equivalent required from an accredited institution. Will also consider three years of progressive experience in the specialty in lieu of every year of education
- At least 10 years of experience with Information Technology.
Responsibilities
- Diagnose troubleshoot and resolve incidents related to Cisco SDWAN services and solutions .
- New site build migration from MPLS Meraki SDWAN to Cisco SDWAN and Special Projects involving SDWAN technology.
- Work with customers via collaboration tools to tackle highly sophisticated technical issues.
- Be a member of a worldwide team.
- Engage in crosstechnology collaborations to help solve issues in heterogeneous network environments.
- Recreate customer technical problems within lab
- Contribute to knowledge bases and troubleshooting guides.
- Create automation and augmentation logic to speed up issue resolution
- Need to have Network Skills for L2/L3 operations (worked on CISCO HP Routers & Switches/Palo Alto/ASA Firewalls F5 LB)
- Provide Level 3 Network support and available for oncall for P1/P2 Incidents on weekends and off business hours)
- Excellent knowledge of best practices around management control and monitoring of Network infrastructure
- Great at organizing prioritizing and multitasking
- Monitor troubleshoot and escalate production problems per operations processes affecting the network infrastructure
- supervising responsibilities including interviewing and training/coaching team members.
- participate in project/technology transition
- Assist the team in resolving problem tickets.
- Help team to Create RCA whether you have been involved directly or indirectly
- Creation of network documentation from the existing infrastructure planned infrastructure as well as updating existing documentation.
Qualifications
- Bachelors degree in Information Technologyrelated field of study (preferably with a network engineering/computer science) with >78 years of related work experience with progressively increasing responsibility.
- Experience in the following platforms: Variants of ISR routers vEdge cEdge vManage and Catalyst family
- Knowledge and experience in Protocols: VRRP and TCP
- Experienced with Viptela
- Certified in Cisco technologies
- You have at least 3 years of Customer Support Experience
- Solid understanding of network infrastructure and network hardware (Modern Enterprise Networks).
- You are knowledgeable in Linux Virtualization VPN or Security technologies.
- Understanding of Cloud technologies such as AWS AZURE
- Basic Understanding of IPSec TLS and DTLS
- LAN and WAN production environment experience.
- Strong analytical and problemsolving skills.
- Stressresistant ability to work under pressure and good prioritizing skills.
- Experience with routing protocols (OSPF EIGRP BGP).
- Understanding of X.509 Certificates usage workflow.
- Ability to quickly learn new or unfamiliar technology and products using documentation and internal resources and apply that knowledge in realworld situations.
- Skills to work independently as well as in a very diverse team environment.
- Ability to quickly learn new or unfamiliar technology and products.
- Candidates must be CCNA/CCNP and preferably CCIE or equivalent (Wireless / Routing & Switching / Service Provider)
- Database fundamentals (Neo4j Orient DB)
- Willingness and ability to teach and train others.
- Patience to adhere to Knowledge of best practices including maintenance windows and change control procedures.
- Ability to timeslice between multiple networks and multiple customer requirements.
- Strong analytical skills excellent communication skills (written and oral)
- Demonstrated ability in IT analysis methodologies (e.g. process flow definition data flow diagramming etc.)
- Demonstrated ability to work effectively with all levels of staff customers and other IT personnel
