Job description
The City of Jacksonville, Parks, Recreation and Community Services Department is actively seeking a Maintenance Electrician. This is skilled craft work in the maintenance and repair of electrical systems, equipment and fixtures.
Open Requirements:
Four years of education and/or experience in the electrical trade.
Must be free from color blindness and not have a fear of heights.
COJ Journeyman or Master Electrician Certificate or State Electrical Contractor Certificate is required prior to appointment and must be maintained.
A valid Class B Commercial Driver"s License (CDL) is required prior to appointment and must be maintained during employment in this class.
Must qualify for prior to appointment, obtain, and maintain during employment in this class a City of Jacksonville Certification as a Public Driver.
