Responsibilities:

Client Consultation: Conduct thorough needs analyses to grasp clients' financial objectives, family dynamics, and risk tolerance levels. Offer expert advice on suitable life insurance products tailored to their unique circumstances.
Sales Presentations: Articulate the features and advantages of our life insurance products effectively. Customize presentations to address clients' specific requirements and concerns.
Relationship Building: Foster and sustain strong, enduring relationships with clients. Serve as a trusted advisor, ensuring clients feel confident in their life insurance decisions.
Sales Pipeline Management: Cultivate and expand a pipeline of prospective clients. Employ CRM tools to monitor leads, follow-ups, and sales progression.
Product Knowledge: Remain informed about industry trends, product offerings, and underwriting guidelines. Continuously enhance your knowledge to provide optimal advice to clients.
Compliance: Abide by all regulatory and compliance standards. Ensure the accurate and timely completion of all necessary documentation.

Qualifications:

Insurance Licensing: Possess a valid life insurance license or willingness to obtain one independently (We provide an online course).
Sales Experience: Demonstrate proven success in a sales or customer service capacity, ideally within the insurance or financial services sector.
Communication Skills: Exhibit exceptional verbal and written communication skills. Capable of elucidating complex insurance concepts clearly and comprehensibly.
Goal Orientation: Display a track record of meeting and surpassing sales targets. Possess a strong work ethic and self-motivation.
Customer Centricity: Manifest a genuine desire to assist clients and deliver optimal life insurance solutions.
Team Player: Collaborate effectively with colleagues and contribute to team objectives. Foster a positive and vibrant team atmosphere.
