Job Purpose/Summary:
The Content Editor’s role is to talk to Multiview’s current and future news briefs partners to really understand the needs of the association and its members and be able to find relevant news content that fits these needs.
A Content Editor’s role is to be a representative of Multiview who helps maintain partner relationships, produces industry-leading products and be a team asset.
As a Content Editor, you’ll be required to perform the following duties/tasks:
- Research and provide a steady flow of compelling and useful newsworthy content
- Write, revises and proof content that satisfies the goals and requirements of each association
- Has the readiness to learn and understand all Multiview’s tools. This includes Design Studio, Control Center, Partner Portal, CRM and Strong Mail Reporting
- Maintain good relationships and open communication with association contacts
- Assure compliance with company and association policies and procedures
- Work closely with many members for initial news briefs set-up
- Communicate with graphics departments for design implementation
- Communicate with the team in charge of ad placement
- Complete various ad-hoc requests on an as needed basis
- Proficient in Microsoft Office suites, including Outlook, Word, Excel, Adobe Stock images, Adobe Express and Paint
- Strong email correspondence abilities
- A quick learner who excels at multi-tasking
- Someone with a passion for reading and engaging with online news

- Basic understanding of HTML
- Associated Press style knowledge a must
- Headline writing experience
- Article, blog and whitepaper writing a plus
- Prior newsroom or communication department experience a plus
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- A quick learner with great initiative
