Job description

PT needed for 13 weeks in an outpatient clinic in Texas City, TX. This Physical Therapist will work up to 40 hours per week. A Texas PT license or compact license will need to be obtained prior to start.

Position: Therapist
Specialty/Modality: Physical Therapy
Licenses/Certifications: CPR/BLS (Basic Life Support), State License-Physical Therapist-Texas, NPI NUMBER
Physical Abilities: From 50-100lbs
