Product Delivery Manager
Are you a proactive collaborative project / product professional who is wellversed in agile methodology and enjoys coordinating with crossfunctional teams Do you have a track record of ensuring efficiency at every step of a product lifecycle and delivering highquality projects for clients This inventive trailblazing fintech company is seeking a new Product Delivery Manager to join their fastgrowing team. In this role you will work to continually improve the company s delivery enablement processes. You will run daily standup meetings develop practices to increase efficiencies & transparency ensure all teams are aligned on timelines progress & potential blocks manage reporting & analytics and serve as an advocate for all. This is a fulltime permanent fully remote position that can be performed in the Eastern to Mountain time zones within the United States (EST work schedule).
Requirements
Must Haves
- At least 3 years spent working with product development project management delivery enablement and/or agile coaching
- Robust understanding of agile development including benefits and limitations
- Strong proficiency in project management platforms (e.g. Jira Confluence SharePoint Asana Trello)
- Background creating dashboards for project development metrics
- Experience utilizing Tableau or a similar metric reporting and dashboard building tool
- Excellent communication and presentation skills with the ability to influence without authority
- Capacity to manage projects in a dynamic customerfacing environment balancing competing priorities
NicetoHaves
- Familiarity with banking finance fintech or fraud (ideally 3 years of experience in one or more of these industries)
