Software Quality Engineer Intern

Minitab is looking for a Software Quality Engineer Intern who is interested in solving our customers real world problems in a fast-growing solutions analytics software company. You will find yourself immersed in a collaborative team of global top-notch professionals who want to see you succeed.  This is an on-site position at our State College, Headquarters.  

Candidates Should expect the following:

Looking for an intern that is in the last year of their program or a senior in IST, industrial engineering, data science, mathematics, statistics or any similar quantitative and technical degree. The ideal candidate is interested in software development, user experience design, and project management.

Skills/Qualifications:

• Possess excellent troubleshooting skills - able to identify problems by attacking them from different angles and testing individual variables.
• Can take both a qualitative and quantitative approach to testing and problem analysis
• An eye for detail and organization
• The ability to prioritize and manage your workload
• Proven track record of taking ownership and driving results
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Self-starter that seeks to embrace new technologies
• Willing to dig deeply into how things work
