We are looking for motivated and excited individuals to add to our team!
By far the most important part of working with our team is our CULTURE. Our team is like a FAMILY and we are looking for someone who works well in an environment that is extremely positive, high energy, and where we want everyone to succeed.
We set up the benefits for labor unions and government employees. All of our clients/leads are company provided. There is absolutely NO cold-calling. We meet with our clients virtually through Zoom from our office located in East Providence, RI.
Responsibilities
Setting appointments and meeting with our clients virtually through a Zoom video call to educate them on what they are entitled to jointly through their group/affiliation and our company.
Qualifications
We are looking for someone who enjoys a high-energy, quick paced environment. Someone who loves getting recognition for the work they've done and is motivated by contests/awards/recognition. It's also important to have excellent verbal and written communication skills. As far as background experience goes, we have individuals who have come from the hospitality field, the medical field, even the legal industry. What's more important to us is your willingness to learn, great attitude, and hard work on a daily basis.
Job Requirements:

· Have strong interpersonal and communication skills
